Animate coach messages word-by-word When off, messages appear in full right away instead of revealing one word at a time. Automatically move to the next page When on, finishing a variation moves straight to the next one (or back to the dashboard after the last one) on its own. When off, you press "Next" yourself.

When a coach message appears without animating Choose where the chat scrolls to when a message shows up instantly instead of revealing word-by-word — either because word animation is off above, or because AUTO-ANIMATE is off during training.
